The YMCA provides a Group Membership rate for members of Physicians Med Spa. This is a 15% discount on any type of membership.

• Included in membership are two appointments with wellness staff as orientations to go over gym equipment.
• Personal Training at a discounted rate of $149 for three hours of training. (Can be broken into six half-hour sessions). This fee will not change for the duration of their membership.
• Benefits of membership include access to pool, fitness center, all land and water group fitness, free childcare.
• Non-binding contract. You can cancel at any time.
